`v1.104.1` is a patch release on top of [`v1.104.0`](/release_notes/v1.104.0/v1-104-0). It updates locked Python and Admin UI dependencies and the pgbouncer bundled in the Docker images. There are no new database migrations or breaking changes. The `v1.104.1` tag points at [`48963be`](https://github.com/BerriAI/litellm/commit/48963be81b8a1844e09a7769c940bc25d5c66d54)

## pgbouncer 1.26.0

The Docker images build pgbouncer from source. Wolfi's `openssl-dev` package now installs OpenSSL 4.0, which pgbouncer 1.25.2 does not compile against, so image builds on this line stopped working. The bundled pgbouncer is now 1.26.0, the same version `main` ships, and it builds and runs against OpenSSL 4.0

- Python: `langgraph-sdk` 0.4.2 to 0.4.4, `mako` 1.3.12 to 1.4.2, `multidict` 6.7.1 to 6.9.1 and `werkzeug` 3.1.8 to 3.1.9
- Admin UI: `next` 16.3.3 to 16.3.6, `moment` 2.30.1 to 2.31.0 and `brace-expansion` 5.0.9 to 5.0.12, plus the transitive lockfile updates that come with them
