`v1.103.10` is a patch release on top of [`v1.103.9`](/release_notes/v1.103.9/v1-103-9). It changes what failure logs for rejected requests carry and how the GCS logger picks its bucket on `stable/1.103.x`. There are no new database migrations. The `v1.103.10` tag points at [`b3287e3`](https://github.com/BerriAI/litellm/commit/b3287e3972c7aeb5c8015878a9b035caadf71fb9)
