`v1.102.3` is a patch release on top of [`v1.102.2`](/release_notes/v1.102.2/v1-102-2). It updates locked Python and Admin UI dependencies, the wolfi-base image digest and the pgbouncer bundled in the Docker images. There are no new database migrations or breaking changes. The `v1.102.3` tag points at [`d174b05`](https://github.com/BerriAI/litellm/commit/d174b05cd104bcb1434eb083c44fbe4d466eaa37)

## pgbouncer 1.26.0

The Docker images build pgbouncer from source. Wolfi's `openssl-dev` package now installs OpenSSL 4.0, which pgbouncer 1.25.2 does not compile against, so image builds on this line stopped working. The bundled pgbouncer is now 1.26.0, the same version `main` ships, and it builds and runs against OpenSSL 4.0

- Admin UI: `next` 16.3.3 to 16.3.6, `moment` 2.30.1 to 2.31.0 and `brace-expansion` 5.0.9 to 5.0.12, plus the transitive lockfile updates that come with them
- Base image: the wolfi-base digest moves forward to pick up glibc 2.44-r6
